Snack idea! Here’s an easy way to incorporate more fruit and protein into your diet.

Ingredients:

• Greek yogurt

• Vanilla extract

• Brown sugar

• (optional) vanilla flavored protein powder

• (optional) chopped chocolate / m&ms / chopped white chocolate, etc

This is SO good with apple slices! Alternatively, add a small amount of brown sugar to pre-flavored, vanilla Greek yogurt.
