Lemon Miso Chicken Pasta Recipe

This pasta is literally life changing. It makes me feel like I’m eating at a restaurant. This is by far my favorite dish I’ve made this year. It comes together in under 30 minutes. (I’ve cooked it twice so far, hence the different pasta noodles)

Ingredients:

• Pasta

• Red onion

• Garlic

• Lemon juice

• Heavy cream

• White miso paste

• Pepper, paprika, salt

• Chicken

• Kale

Directions:

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook with garlic until fully cooked. Let cool on cutting board.

2. Start cooking pasta according to box. Save a little pasta water for later. In the last few minutes of cooking, add a few fistfuls of kale.

3. Cook sliced red onion in the same pan with garlic. When the onion starts to darken, add heavy cream and pasta water.

4. Bring sauce to a simmer, then lower heat once it bubbles. Add a generous amount of pepper and lemon juice. When the sauce is thick, add a heaping spoonful of white miso paste and mix well.

5. Cover pasta in pasta sauce. Mix well. Top with sliced chicken. Enjoy!!
