January Reads

This month my goal was to read 10 books. I only managed to read 8 but that’s a win to me! In January my focus was on cozy, small town romance novels and these ones by Laurie Gilmore and Elise Silver did not let me down. If you’re looking for a cozy, small town romance with some ✨spice✨ I highly recommend!

As an avid fan of cozy romance novels, I decided to dive deeper into the works of Laurie Gilmore and Elise Silver after my initial January reading spree. Laurie Gilmore's books, such as "The Cinnamon Bun Book Store," "The Strawberry Patch Pancake House," and "The Ginger Bread Bakery," perfectly capture the warmth and charm of small town life, each sprinkled with romantic moments that feel both sweet and realistic. Her storytelling combines the comfort of familiar settings with engaging characters who bring these towns to life. On the other hand, Elise Silver’s "Wild" series, including titles like "Wild Love," "Wild Eyes," and "Wild Side," offers a spicier take on small town romance, often blending the ruggedness of cowboy romance with heartfelt emotional journeys.
