Is life perfect? No. Am I perfect? No. Is my husband? No. But he’s an equitable partner who supports and loves me, is an active father who is emotionally intelligent and progressive and supports me. Most men aren’t though. And if you know anything about anything you’d know that. You’d know statistically most women do not end up happily married after 7 years. Add in kids and they’re even less happy. The data is not on women’s side. The system isn’t built to benefit women and mothers. Trust me when I say don’t do it. But that doesn’t mean I can’t teach women about the dangers of patriarchy. If anything it makes me more equipped to teach women about it. #couplegoals #marriageadvice #marriedlife
