Building my very own mobile dirty soda bar has been such an exciting journey, and it's finally complete! It really was "Time to build our mobile bar," and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. At its heart, it's a simple yet delicious concoction of soda, a splash of cream (often coconut cream), and flavored syrups. The beauty lies in the endless customization! My mobile bar makes it super easy to offer a variety of bases like Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, and of course, Sprite, which is a fantastic base for many incredible combinations. Guests love being able to mix and match to create their perfect drink. Speaking of combinations, let's talk about the infamous green dirty soda recipe. This one has become a personal favorite and always gets rave reviews! Here’s how I make my go-to version: My Favorite Green Dirty Soda Recipe Ingredients: 12 oz Sprite or lemon-lime soda 1-2 tablespoons coconut cream (or sweetened condensed milk for a richer taste) 1 tablespoon lime juice Optional: A few drops of blue food coloring (to really get that vibrant green!) Ice Lime wedge for garnish Instructions: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the Sprite. Add the coconut cream and lime juice. If using food coloring, add it now. Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined and the drink takes on a beautiful green hue. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge. Enjoy the burst of tropical, tangy flavor!
