My alternating workout routines!

⭐️Im a full time student with a part time job and I try to go to the gym as much as possible throughout the week.

⭐️Not every gym visit looks like this. It may change based on how I feel that day or what equipment is available but this is what my typical routines look like. (These screenshots are based on my last 3 visits)

⭐️ I also would like to mention I know I’m not perfect and that’s okay! What works for me may not work for others and vice versa (:

For me a lot of core workouts can cause lower back pain because I have slight scoliosis. I manage to not have pain when training core by adding a block right under my pelvis and I don’t over extend. So I only extend my legs as far as comfortably possible so my lower back is not compromised. CORE
