Do lifestyle changes really make a difference?

3 Tips to change physique:

✨Intermittent fasting

- I only eat between the hours of 11am & 8:30pm. As hard as I thought that would be, it’s been quite easy to accomplish. I am proud of the discipline that I have shown

✨Three days of strength training

- Using the LADDER app, I strength train 3 days a week with team Define.

✨Running 2 days a week

- Using the RUNNA app, I run two days a week. The RUNNA app is helping me to train for my first 5K run. I am doing the Rocky Run in Philly on November 9th.

These pictures are 2 months apart. In the first pic I weighed 136lbs and today I weigh 126lbs.

So from July 15th to today September 15th, I have lost 10lbs and I feel good.
