3 Ingredient Protein McGriddle Bites 🥞

Hi guys! I absolutely love McGriddles, but not so much their macros lol, so I wanted to share a recipe for high protein, low calorie McGriddle Bites! Also, they only are made with three ingredients!

Nutrition per Bite:

36 Calories

2g Fat

5g Protein

Ingredients:

1 Cup of King Arthur Keto Pancake Mix

3/4 of a Pound of 94% Lean Ground Turkey

Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Instructions:

- Heat turkey on the stove until thoroughly cooked

-Mix 1 cup of flour with ~1/2 of water (I used a little more to make it more runny)

-Divide pancake mix into 20 little cupcake pieces

-Add cooked turkey to each bite

-Inject a little syrup to each bite

-Cook in the over at 350 for about 12 minutes

-Take out, let cool, and enjoy!
