✨ What I used:

Chicken thighs + legs

1 tbsp EACH: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, Maggi, chili flakes & allspice 👀

Green seasoning:

Green onion, bell pepper, scotch bonnet 🌶️ + white onion

🔥 Sauce:

2/3 cup BBQ sauce

2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Squeeze of orange 🍊

1 tbsp vinegar

👩🏽‍🍳 How I made it:

Season chicken REALLY well + add your green seasoning

Bake at 425°F for 30 mins

Make your sauce + let it simmer into a glaze🔥

Coat the chicken, then:

Air fry at 400°F for 5 mins

OR broil in oven for 5 mins

That sticky BBQ finish?? Yeah… it eats EVERY time 🤌🏽🔥
