This was me when I was training and then I hit the boxing six days a week, I was getting better in my mental health and enjoying something and then bang it was all taken away from me because my body couldn't do its job, my body didn't break down a blood clot so had a heart attack the scary

These days get worse my angina is classed as unstable, my back hurts daily and I have to take a load of medication 💊 for the rest of my life and im only 30, this doesnt just effect me it also effects my family #fyp #fypシ゚viral #viral #viralvideo #hospital
