I love to share what I eat because I know it gets daunting to get creative in the kitchen when you are trying to lose a few pounds or a lot of pounds! I lost 88 pounds without having to live of lettuce 🤯🤯

Shocking right. I know 🥲

For lunch today I had left over high protein fried rice! Protein and flavor packed to keep me full and happy! I always cook a little extra like that my husband and I can have lunch for the next day!

It taste so much better than take out workout the junk! So good that my in-laws crave it pretty often!
