• Russian twists + leg raises 3x20

• 30 min brisk walk or cycling

WEDNESDAY — Active Rest / Stretch / Yoga

• 20 min stretch or light yoga

• Optional: Sauna or meditation

• Glow smoothie + hydration focus

THURSDAY — Glutes + Full Legs Burn

• Hip thrust pyramid sets
