There are many benefits to making sure you’re incorporating the right exercises to target your back and get the most out of your workouts including avoiding injuries, good posture, achieving a wider back will give the illusion of a smaller waist and strong is sexy!

Here are my favorite back exercises 👇

-Pull-ups

Either assisted, unassisted or use a band for this!

-Lat pulldowns

Wide grip lat pulldowns have always been a staple for me for a reason. Keep upright without swinging your body and a cue to help engage your lats is think of squeezing lemons in your armpits as you’re pulling the weight down to the top of your chest.

-High rows My favorite way to do these is with a high row machine and take it slow and controlled!

I would recommend incorporating these exercises in your workout program if you’re not already!
