HOW I TONED MY THIGHS

I wanted strong toned legs and achieved just that so I don’t want to gatekeep and I want to share how I did it and what not to do!

First off, focus on your compound movements in the gym.

Exercises like Squats, Lunges and Bulgarian split squats will help build muscle in your quads and give you that “toned” look.

Don’t worry this part won’t make you bulky!

Second is cardio.

Now that you’re building muscle you need to “uncover” it by losing body fat (nutrition plays a role in this too!) so set a step goal somewhere between 5K-10k daily and move your body more.

Avoid just doing a ton of Hip adductors which will target your inner thighs but your body can’t spot reduce fat in a specific area just because you “feel” it there.

Instead focus on overall building muscle and losing fat and you’ll get the results you want!
