How to buy a lottery without exhausting yourself using math-psychology, discreet, conscious luck.
1) Define a "ready to lose" statement and base the statement accordingly.
Before playing, the amount of money that is really acceptable and should not be overplayed. Having a scope will help to stop yourself when investing unduly.
2) The budget is a subunit, not at all.
Multiple sets of statements reduce your chances of exhausting you at once.
3) Limit number of times / playing period
Choose to play some numbers, some instalments. No need to play every number to reduce the financial burden.
4) Use mathematical thinking, such as Kelly Criterion
If you can estimate a certain set of numbers (even if very roughly), the Kelly Criterion bets only the right proportion to your capital, not too risky.
5) Realize Bias / Thought Mistakes
If Glamber's Fallacy is known, Near-miss effect, overconfidance, we'll be more careful. Not be tempted to play too much.
6) Prepare "Exit" / Exit Plan
When you overplay multiple statements, rule "Stop" to prevent the next heavy loss.
7) Write down the results / analyze the behavior.
Write down what numbers are played, what the result is, win, adjust the picture, see which set is too risky, which is better.
