🔍 M190 was solved, but the result was "open the national channel."

Back in the days of the "Abhishek Vecha Shiva" government with the amendment, Article 190 of the Constitution - originally this provision forced "international agreements" to pass the approval of Congress, but after the amendment, it opened up a channel for any government to be able to "sign the MOU immediately" without passing scrutiny from lawmakers.

And it was this channel... that made "Antoine" and "Hun Manet," the Cambodian leader, used to sign behind-the-scenes agreements on both the JBC (Thailand-Cambodia Joint Boundary Commission) and the GBC (General Border Commission) - as well as a memorandum of understanding (MOU 43 / 44) that has boiled over the history of relations between the two countries.

⚠️ MOU 2000: A trap that Thailand has never released.

The public sector, led by "Panthep Puppong," "HMS Valyvipa," "Vera Somchai," "Thep Limp," and "Kom Son Pho," came out to question why the Thai government still "upheld" the MOU 2000 on the border survey, despite Cambodia's repeated violations of poaching, shooting civilians and laying mines in Thailand.

But Thailand is "still" and sometimes has to "ask" the Cambodian side to take action in its own territory!?

The heartbreaking question is - is this the government declaring that it will not disadvantage the Khmer even "one square centimeter"?

🧭 LiDAR with the "illusory boundary line."

The government claims to be using LiDAR technology to help border surveyors instead of the 1: 200,000 scale map that caused the problem.

But according to the facts - LiDAR is only a "technical survey line," and the "true boundary line" must also be based on the former MOU that Cambodia used on the Siam-France map, which the coast interpreted as "a document of authority over Thai territory."

In other words, Thailand is playing a game on the board that the opponent puts, and we are losing every eye!

💣 MOU 43, it became a "national time bomb."

If MOU 43 is allowed to continue without a reservation or "cancellation" by the Vienna Convention, 1969 - Thailand could lose its rights in the disputed area "forever."

Because there's no applicable time frame. It means...Thailand will not be able to claim the return of the occupied area until Cambodia is "merciful."

And that equates to the "voluntary surrender" of a government claiming patriotism!

🧩 Conclusion: When the government plays the big game without asking the country's owners.

Secret deals with the US over rare earths, and letting MOU 43 / 44 walk on directionless - all of which are echoing the "strategic delusions" of a government that doesn't understand that national security is not a boardroom toy.
