My home gym doors were locked. ❄️ The AC is STILL down. But guess what? I didn’t quit. I drove 25 minutes to another gym, hit 65 minutes on the treadmill, and still lifted strong. 💪🏾 Every obstacle was a reason to give up, but I pushed through.
