[Materials]
• Firefly squid (boiled): 10 cups
• Oba: 1 piece
• Wakame seaweed: Appropriate amount
• Onion slices: Appropriate amount
• Sumiso with vinegar: Appropriate amount
(How to make)
1. Preliminary preparation
Carefully remove the eyes, beak, and cartilage of the firefly squid. The taste will be much better with this effort. Soak the wakame seaweed in water, slice the onion, and soak it in water.

2. Color of Arrangement
Spread drained onion slices and wakame seaweed in a bowl, and garnish with bright shiso leaves on top.
