Making time not to be swept away
While reading Wataru Hoshi's "God Time Technique,"
I thought many times, "That's really true..."
"When you have a goal in life, every day has meaning."
Without a goal, I was chased by the housework and work in front of me,
There are days when you feel like "Today is over, but where are you going?"
Mr. Hoshi says that time is an "investment."
That's why it's important to decide when and what to do.
If you can't do this, you will inevitably be at the last minute of the deadline...
That's true, isn't it?
I was reading a book and myself.
"When and in what time will you achieve what you want to do?"
I wanted to decide this more carefully.
Even on busy days, as long as the direction is decided, time will naturally be arranged.

時間を流されずに自分のものにするためには、まず何よりも“明確な目標設定”が鍵になります。私自身、時間管理に悩んでいた時期に『神時間術』の考え方を取り入れてから、毎日が大きく変わりました。特に印象的だったのは「時間は人生の投資である」という言葉です。単にやるべきことをこなすのではなく、未来の自分にとって価値のある時間の使い方を意識するようになりました。 具体的には、1日の中で「いつ何をやるか」を細かく予定に落とし込むこと。例えば家事や仕事の中にも、自分の目標に直結する時間を意識的に設けるようにしました。そうすると、締め切り直前の慌ただしさが軽減され、精神的にも余裕ができるのです。また、優先順位の付け方も学びました。目の前のタスクの重要度と緊急度を区別し、「今、本当に結果を得たいこと」に時間を投資する。その積み重ねが、日々の充実感につながっています。 さらに、手帳やスマホのカレンダーでスケジュールを管理しつつ、振り返りの時間を週に一度設けています。そこでは「今、どこを目指しているのか？」を見つめ直すのがポイントです。これにより、ただ流される時間ではなく、“自らコントロールできる時間”を実感できるようになりました。 忙しくても方向性を持つことで、自然と時間は整っていきます。私の体験から言えることは、時間管理は単なる予定表の作成ではなく、自分の人生の目的や夢を叶えるための“戦略”だということ。皆さんも『神時間術』を参考に、ぜひ自分らしい時間作りに挑戦してみてください。そうすれば、今日という一日が価値ある一歩に変わり、充実感に満ちた毎日が待っていますよ。
