Being a digital creator isn't just about hitting record; it's about constantly finding inspiration, learning new trends, perfecting dance moves, and most importantly, connecting authentically with all of you. Sometimes, you need to step back to come back stronger, and that’s exactly what I’ve done. I've spent time reflecting on what kind of content truly brings me joy to create and what I believe will bring the most value and fun to your feeds. So, what does this "latest" phase of my digital creator journey look like? Well, first off, expect more of the high-energy dance content you love, but with a fresh twist! I've been experimenting with some new styles and challenging myself with more complex choreographies. Think vibrant visuals, unexpected transitions, and perhaps a few collaborations with other amazing creators. I'm also really eager to dive into some behind-the-scenes content – showing you the creative process, how I brainstorm ideas, and even some bloopers because let's be real, perfection isn't always the goal, fun is! Heyy let's hit this back! This dumbbell back workout is pretty simple tbh the weights ranged significantly but I used 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells. I did 2 sets of 12-15 and then the final set I used the heaviest weight I could handle until failure. It's almost Friday!!
