Protein Milkshakes!

I have this every time I’m craving something sweet (which is all the time) and it’s honestly a cheat code in my mind and it’s soooo easy to make.

I first thought about this when I got my wisdom teeth removed and was terrified to eat so I wasn’t getting nearly as much protein as I needed in my system.
