🧠 5 ways to meditate, turn "suspense" into "concentration."
1.Do Brain Dump (Pour Garbage Out Of The Brain)
If there's too much in your head, don't forget.
Pick up the paper or open the Note. "Write out everything" that's in your head.
Whether it's work to do, worrying or distracted ideas,
After writing it, the brain feels "saved" and reduces the burden of memory.
2. 2-Minute Rule (The 2-Minute Rule)
Sometimes the concentration slips because of a little distraction.
• Solution: If anything takes less than two minutes, do it immediately.
But if it takes longer, write down the To-do list.
3.Practice Pomodoro Technique (25 / 5)
Don't try to focus for hours if your heart isn't still.
• Formula: Set the working time 25 minutes and break 5 minutes.
• Take a 5-minute break. Do not play mobile! Get up and sip water, look at the distance, or stretch the line instead to get the brain a real Reset.
4. Provide a "reduce temptation" environment.
The item that lay the placenta on the table was the culprit who distracted his eyes and brain.
• Keep unrelated items away
• Turn the mobile screen down or turn on Do Not Disturb mode
• Having an open table will free our hearts.
5.Practice Grounding (pull consciousness back to the present)
If you start floating far away, use the 5-4-3-2-1 technique to pull yourself back.
• Look at five things around you
• 4 touch skin
• Listen to 3 audible sounds
• Smell around 2 things
• Get one taste in the mouth
This will allow the nervous system to return focus to "here and now" very quickly.
