การปล่อยวางเป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติที่สำคัญในธรรมะซึ่งช่วยให้ใจเบาสบายและหลุดพ้นจากความทุกข์ได้อย่างแท้จริง ในชีวิตประจำวันที่เรามักเผชิญกับความเครียด ปัญหา และความกังวล เรามักจะพยายามแบกรับสิ่งเหล่านั้นไว้โดยไม่ถอดใจ ทั้งที่แท้จริงแล้ว การหยุดที่จะยึดติด การปล่อยวางความคิดและความรู้สึกเหล่านั้นจะทำให้ใจเราได้พักผ่อนและสบายขึ้น ในทางปฏิบัติ การฝึกปล่อยวางต้องเริ่มจากการรู้จักสังเกตความคิดของตนเองอย่างมีสติ (สัมปชัญญะ) และรู้ตัวต่อเนื่องถึงความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นภายในจิตใจ เช่น เมื่อมองเห็นความไม่เที่ยง ความไม่ถาวรของอารมณ์และสถานการณ์ต่างๆ ใจก็จะลดการยึดติดลงได้เอง การฝึกให้ทานเพื่อลดความตระหนี่ ฝึกรักษาศีล 5 เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและผู้อื่น รวมทั้งฝึกเจริญสติช่วยให้เรามีความรู้สึกตัวและอดทนต่อทุกสถานการณ์ การปล่อยวางไม่ได้หมายถึงการละเลยปัญหาอย่างไร้ความรับผิดชอบ แต่เป็นการตั้งใจเลือกที่จะไม่ยึดติดกับปัญหาและความทุกข์ที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อให้จิตใจไม่ถูกครอบงำและสามารถมองปัญหาได้อย่างมีปัญญาและความสงบ การปล่อยวางเป็นผลมาจากการเจริญมรรคตามแนวทางทางธรรมะ ซึ่งช่วยให้เราสามารถบรรเทาความเจ็บปวดทางใจและนำไปสู่การนิพพิทา คือการหมดความยึดมั่นถือมั่นในกองทุกข์นั้น สุดท้ายนี้ ขออนุโมทนากับทุกท่านที่ได้อ่านเรื่องราวดีๆเหล่านี้ และหวังว่าทุกคนจะได้นำคำสอนนี้ไปช่วยให้ชีวิตของตนผ่านพ้นเรื่องราวแย่ๆ ด้วยความเจริญรุ่งเรืองและสันติใจอย่างแท้จริง
