2. Passion is a bad thing that afflicts us. Passion is like a lost dog coming to our home. If you don't open the door, it will pass. If you open it, it will come into our lives for a while. But if you open the door and raise it well, feed it to our habitat, it will stay with us forever.

3. Aging, pain, death, separation from love are 4 things that everyone always has to face. How much money can not escape. Will suffer a lot if not prepared for it. Will suffer less if prepared for it. Will not suffer at all if you understand that it is only part of the journey.

4. What is carried in the hand, how to carry it, the weight will be the same, but what is carried in the heart, the longer it will be heavier, the heavier, the more distressed, the only solution is to learn to let go, to make it empty, and to be comfortable.

5. Greed, anger, obsession make us suffer. When we suffer, it will spread as quickly as wildfire. But if we are conscious, we can suppress it before it spreads, it will not suffer much less than others who have experienced the same thing or even do not suffer at all.

6. Human desire is like a bucket of water with a leak. It is not full. The more you want, the more you suffer, the more you fill it. But the more you fill it, the more you suffer. Because the more you fill it, the more you leak it back, the more you get.

7. Anger is like a burning fire, the more angry it burns, the worse it burns, the worse it is than anger, the worse it will spread, the more it will spread, the more revenge it will accomplish, the anger will disappear, but the distress of the heart will be greater than ever. The fire cannot be extinguished, and every anger cannot be extinguished by revenge. Learn to forgive and let go.

8. Love is compassion, love of the world is affection, compassion for happiness, affection for suffering, the more affection, the more suffering, the more suffering because of adherence, the suffering because of expectation, the suffering because of lack of consciousness, the love of compassion, the conscious love before, the love of letting go, and we will be happy with every love in life.

Everything in this world is not real, everything is a combination of 4 elements, earth, water, wind, fire, formed temporarily enough to break down, separate the elements from the original, our love really does not have our lover really does not have our problems, really does not have everything that happens to be located and extinguished, because it never existed in the first place.
