🌈 Open the gates of fortune by changing their power.✨
Open the door of luck by changing their power.
By J. Schlint The Mystic
Many people wait for good luck from the outside...
But indeed, the beginning of fortune, opportunity and success often begins with a "state of mind."
The Buddha taught that
"A well-trained mind brings happiness."
When calm, conscious, and hopeful, we see a solution, see an opportunity, and dare to make the right decision, which is the beginning of what many call "good luck."
Today, let me share 3 simple ways that only take a few minutes, but can help adjust the state of mind to welcome a new day.
1. Start the day with a smile
Whatever life encounters, smile at yourself.
Smiles do not immediately change the world, but can change the atmosphere within our hearts.
When our hearts are gentle, our faces are clear, and we look at the world with kindness, people around us often respond with friendliness, so good opportunities can arise from our relationships and actions.
Smile... not to hide suffering, but to remind
"Today... we still always have a chance to start over."
2. Restore peace with breath
Breathe in for 4 seconds.
Hold on for 7 seconds.
Relax your breath slowly for 8 seconds.
Repeat 3-5 rounds.
Every time we breathe consciously, the distraction gradually weakens, the stress decreases, and the mind returns to the present.
When the mind is not chaotic, wisdom has space to work.
When wisdom is born, good decisions often follow.
3. Declare good intentions for life
Stand upright, raise both arms, open your chest, receive the power of the day, and speak in a strong voice.
"I'm going to do good today."
"I'm ready to open up to the right opportunity."
"I will work with integrity and full strength."
"I am the cause of prosperity for myself and others."
These words are not spells that force the world to change, but rather intentionally stabilize our hearts and steer actions in a direction consistent with their goals.
So what's luck?
In my view...
Luck is not just waiting for wonders.
But is the moment when the "ready mind" meets the "opportunity that comes."
As we regularly train our hearts to be kind, sober, hopeful, and act in the right way, life gradually changes.
Not because of the universe.
But because we are creating the cause of prosperity ourselves
For those who always practice righteousness, keeping the precepts, praying, philanthropy, and compassion is the encouragement of the mind. When the mind is clear, actions, words, and thoughts are often in the way that brings happiness and prosperity to life.
May all your mornings begin with a smile.
May every breath bring peace to the mind.
May every word uttered be a word of encouragement and goodness.
And may the good that you have created, both in your body and in your word and in your heart, be a cause to meet the auspicious opportunities, wise in life and happiness, worldly and righteous prosperity, forever.
Best wishes.
