Training for my next marathon.....nutrition counts. Muscle recovery needs protein. The #1 reason for acceleration in aging is muscle mass. Ladies, you need your protein not to have great skin but to look healthy and not saggy💪Yes work outs are great, but you also need to feed the muscles.
