シフト表の作成や編集は、特に「休み」の日付だけを色分けしたい場面が多いですよね。私も以前は、一つずつセルを選んで手動で色を付けていて非常に時間がかかっていました。しかし、Excelの「検索と置換」機能を活用したこの方法を知ってから格段に効率が上が りました。 具体的には、シフト表の範囲を選択した状態でCtrl＋Hを押し、「検索する文字列」に色をつけたい文字（今回は「休」）を入力します。次に「オプション」を開いて、「書式」→「塗りつぶし」から好みの色を選び、「すべて置換」をクリックするだけで完了します。この操作一つでシフト表中の「休」だけが一気に色付けされるため、手作業と比べてかなりの時短になります。 また、この方法は半角・全角の区別や大小文字の指定も可能なので、細かい条件指定にも対応できるのが便利です。私の職場でもシフト管理がこのおかげでスムーズになり、資料の見栄えもよくなりました。さらに、色付け以外にも文字を変えずにセルに背景色だけをつけたい場合などにも応用できるのでExcelの仕事術として知っておくと非常に役立ちます。 Excelの便利なショートカットや機能は仕事をラクにし、時には家族の時間を増やすことにもつながります。知らなかった方はぜひ試してみてくださいね！今回のテクニックはエクセル初心者の方でも簡単にできるので、ワーママをはじめ多忙な方にもおすすめです。
