Ingredients
• 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
• ½ fresh lemon (juiced)
• ½ banana (balances acidity + makes it smoother)
• ½–1 inch fresh ginger (optional—go light for your stomach)
• 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
• 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Add everything to blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Taste → adjust sweetness or add more liquid
4. Pour over ice or drink chilled
