I’ve personally found that using the Instant Pot not only saves time but also locks in moisture and enhances the flavors beautifully. One tip I’d share is to make sure the drumsticks are well coated with the sauce mixture before pressure cooking; this helps the garlic and ginger infuse deeply. Using cornstarch slurry right after cooking is key. It thickens the sauce quickly and gives that appetizing sticky texture reminiscent of restaurant-style dishes. When I broil the drumsticks for 3-5 minutes after coating them in the sauce, it adds a lovely caramelized finish that makes the skin extra glossy and delicious. You can also sprinkle black sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top for an added pop of flavor and visual appeal. Pairing this with simple basmati rice and steamed frozen vegetables creates a well-rounded meal that's wholesome and satisfying. I usually toss the veggies quickly in a bit of olive oil or sesame oil for that subtle nutty aroma. This recipe is great for busy weeknights because all the prep can be done quickly, and the Instant Pot does the hard work. Plus, the minimal ingredients needed keep it budget-friendly. Give it a try, and you’ll likely find it becoming a staple in your meal rotation because of its effortless, crave-worthy taste.
