In addition, advances in technology and the increased use of digital platforms have redefined how we connect and share our lives. Online communities and social media have become key venues for self-expression, support, and exploration. Personal development since 2020 might include improved resilience, new skills acquired, or deeper understanding of one’s goals and values. Revisiting past images or memories from that time can serve as a reminder of challenges overcome and milestones reached. Ultimately, comparing "then" and "now" highlights the ever-changing nature of life and the positive changes that come from facing adversity and embracing growth opportunities.
