Notion 101: A Rookie Must Know! What are Databas / How to Use

🔍, how many Databases in Notion?

1.Table - Like Excel But Looks Better. Super Easy To Use!

2.Board - Trello style, manage the work in stages.

3. Calendar - Enter the date and display it as a calendar!

4.Gallery - Fits to show photos such as cafe reviews

5.List - Easy to use Clean fits to write down ideas

6.Timeline - Gantt chart-like design for long plans

7.Chart - Fits Display Data Analysis as Graph

8.Feed - "Gallery View + Latest Filter" that looks like Social feed

✨ How to start?

1. Open a new page in Notion

2. Select "Database" → Choose a layout suitable for the job.

3.Add topics (Properties) such as date, status, category, etc.

4. Fill in and try Filter / Sort / Group!

💡 A new trick.

• Let's start with the table.

• Use Filter / Sort to view specific data

• Press the "+ New" button to add new items throughout.

• Use Relation to link multiple pages of data in the future

Notion is not as difficult to use as it seems.

A good system. It doesn't have to be complicated.

Just have to "work and solve life problems." ☁️
