Notion 101: A Rookie Must Know! What are Databas / How to Use

If you've ever opened Notion and been confused, "Database, what is it?"

This post already explains and gives examples of how to use it.

Database in Notion is "How to Manage Systematic Data."

That allows you to keep everything in order, such as

🔍, how many Databases in Notion?

1.Table - Like Excel But Looks Better. Super Easy To Use!

2.Board - Trello style, manage the work in stages.

3. Calendar - Enter the date and display it as a calendar!

4.Gallery - Fits to show photos such as cafe reviews

5.List - Easy to use Clean fits to write down ideas

6.Timeline - Gantt chart-like design for long plans

7.Chart - Fits Display Data Analysis as Graph

8.Feed - "Gallery View + Latest Filter" that looks like Social feed

✨ How to start?

1. Open a new page in Notion

2. Select "Database" → Choose a layout suitable for the job.

3.Add topics (Properties) such as date, status, category, etc.

4. Fill in and try Filter / Sort / Group!

💡 A new trick.

• Let's start with the table.

• Use Filter / Sort to view specific data

• Press the "+ New" button to add new items throughout.

• Use Relation to link multiple pages of data in the future

Notion is not as difficult to use as it seems.
