However, personal experience has shown me that waiting for the "perfect moment" often leads to missing out on the beauty of the present. During my own healing journey, I realized that the life I wanted — whether it was having a baby or feeling completely healed — didn’t mark the end point to my story but a significant part of it. There was still so much to live, to appreciate, and to grow through in the middle. It helps to remind yourself daily that feeling stuck is temporary and that in every day, no matter how difficult, there is potential for growth and meaning. Engaging in small acts of self-care, connecting with supportive communities like those involved in #fertilityjourney and #healingjourney, and embracing new beginnings (#startingoveragain) empowers you to heal emotionally and mentally. Sharing experiences and emotions openly can break the isolation that feeling stuck often brings. Whether it’s through journaling, talking to loved ones, or participating in online forums centered around similar journeys, this connection nourishes hope. Ultimately, life’s imperfections don’t diminish its value. Embracing the “life in the middle” — the moments between milestones and dreams — encourages resilience and self-compassion. It’s a reminder that while you work toward your goals, you are still growing, living, and valuable right now.
