Girl Dinner! Meatless Charcuterie Boards
🍇🥝🍌🍍🥨
I recently made these delicious charcuterie plates for my SIL and I. (Or as I like to call them, “charfruiterie”) I’m not a vegetarian but since I don’t eat pork and since most of the common sliced meats that are used in charcuterie boards are pork, we chose to just prioritize fruits and crackers with dip which makes this vegetarian friendly! We used green grapes, raspberries, kiwi, banana, and pineapple for the fruit, plus some everything bagel pretzel thins with roasted red pepper hummus and Wheat Thins with some creamy cheese spread. This all was delicious, is very customizable so the fruits and dips can be swapped out with any of your personal favorites and paired well with a couple iced coffees and face masks for our girls’ night!
If you were making these plates at home, what else would you add or change? If anyone has any pork free meat recommendations they use for charcuterie boards, please lmk in the comments! 😊💕

Charcuterie boards are a great way to create an engaging and fun meal, especially when catering to various dietary preferences. Meatless options can be just as flavorful and satisfying. Consider adding a variety of nuts, seeds, and even artisan cheeses made from plant-based ingredients to elevate your boards. Fresh vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and cucumber slices not only add color but also provide a crunch that pairs beautifully with dips like guacamole or tzatziki. For a sweet twist, include dark chocolate or yogurt-covered treats to complement the fruits. Remember to balance flavors; adding olives or marinated artichokes can introduce savory elements that enhance the overall tasting experience. Personalizing your board with seasonal fruits ensures freshness while also making it visually appealing. Popular trends now also include themed charcuterie boards, from Mediterranean to dessert variations, allowing for endless creativity. Don't forget to share your favorite combinations on social media, using hashtags like #CharcuterieBoard and #GirlDinner to connect with others who share your passion!

I do the same thing, but I also use turkey pepperoni and cut up mozzarella cheese
