How to make the perfect charcuterie board!

What you’ll need:

- Wooden board or large appetizer dish

- Meats (ex. prosciutto, pepperoni, salami)

- Crackers (ex. water crackers, ritz crackers, wheat thins)

- Cheeses (ex. truffle, cheddar, provolone, swiss, mozzarella)

- Garnishes (ex. roasted red peppers, olives, grapes, pistachios, almonds)

- Dips (ex. hummus, truffle aioli, garlic aioli, dijon mustard)

Instructions:

1. Grab a wooden board or dish

2. Organize each type of food into its own separate group (meats, cheeses, crackers)

3. Layer each piece of food on one another

4. Use small bowls with dips or garnishes to fill up the charcuterie board

5. Use smaller garnishes to fill in the gaps

Tips:

Try to make a design using the meat! One of the easiest designs is a rose made out of pepperoni!
