I have struggled with anxiety and depression for majority of my life. I struggle with social anxiety especially! These are some of my hobbies that have helped me through overcoming my anxieties, but in a healthy way!
Self growth is one of my main focuses in my life right now. I’m not at 100% all of the time, and sometimes don’t even have the energy to do the things that I enjoy. It’s okay not to be at 100% all of the time! And it’s okay to not have the energy to pursue any hobbies in the moment. Some days I feel like I don’t enjoy anything. I’m here to tell you, ITS OKAY💗
Take advantage of the days that you are feeling good. Hobbies are a great way to make you feel good about yourself, and build that confidence girl! You got this!🥰

For those struggling with anxiety, finding hobbies that resonate can be a transformative experience. Hobbies not only serve as a distraction but also provide a pathway to self-improvement and relaxation. Popular activities include cooking, which allows for creative expression and mindfulness; reading, which can transport you to different worlds; and photography, where capturing moments can nurture your artistic side. Beyond these, arts and crafts like wreath making can be incredibly therapeutic, helping to focus your mind and soothe nerves. Physical activities such as hiking or golfing promote outdoor engagement and can significantly enhance your mood. Delay your feelings of social anxiety by participating in group hobbies at your own pace, or start with solo activities that allow for exploration and self-discovery. Ultimately, embracing hobbies isn't just a distraction; it's a crucial element in cultivating a healthy lifestyle and fostering personal growth. Remember, it's perfectly okay to take things slow and find joy in small achievements! Your mental well-being is a journey worth pursuing.
