When faced with stubborn stains such as acrylic paint, it's essential to act quickly for the best chance of removal. Many household items can aid in this process. Start by gently scraping off any excess paint from the fabric with a spoon or a dull knife. Next, consider using a mixture of dish soap and warm water to treat the stain. Apply the solution directly on the stained area, letting it sit for about 10-15 minutes before blotting it with a clean cloth. Rinse the area thoroughly with cold water afterward. For stubborn stains, using rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer can be effective, as these solutions help break down the paint. Another option is to use a commercial stain remover, which can tackle tougher or dried stains. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for the best results. Once you've treated the stain, it’s advisable to air dry the item instead of using a dryer, as heat can set the stain further into the fabric. Repeat the process if necessary until the stain is significantly lightened or removed completely. With persistence and these techniques, you can save your beloved clothes and restore their look!

i don’t know much about how to get old stains out especially if you already tried multiple ways but for the future you could start carrying a tide pen or something with you everyday so you can start getting stains out immediately :)
