Finally getting around to posting about Under the Whispering Door by TJ Klune, one of the book Club picks. Like The House in the Cerulean Sea (which was gifted to me), this isn’t a book I’d typically pick up on my own, but I’m glad I gave it a shot. Klune has a unique way of exploring deep themes with some quiet humor. This one was different, sometimes a bit slow for me, but still thoughtful and moving. I’d give it a 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5.
