This process has been so much work but also very rewarding. I’ve never done this before so I’m learning as I go and would love any tips! I’ve had to get very creative. Every day there’s a new problem to solve and I’ve loved challenging myself this way. Also using

I canned chopped potatoes, hashbrown potatoes, and scalloped potatoes. Next time I think I’ll blanch the potatoes before canning as I stuff the jars full but when they cooked in the canner the jars were only about half full. Next time if I blanch them I’ll be able to fit a lot more. #sahm #canni
