🥐Godmother Coffee Brew review ~☕️

การไปพบเจอร้านกาแฟใหม่ๆ ระหว่างการเดินทางถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมากสำหรับนักดื่มกาแฟอย่างผม การที่ Godmother Coffee Brew ในสระบุรีที่ผมบังเอิญเจอตอนขับรถไปเที่ยวเขาใหญ่ กลายเป็นร้านกาแฟที่ประทับใจ ถือเป็นโชคดีอย่างหนึ่งที่ได้พบร้านกาแฟมีสไตล์และบรรยากาศน่านั่งแบบนี้ ร้านมีการตกแต่งแบบมินิมอลด้วยปูนเปลือยซึ่งเป็นที่นิยมในคาเฟ่ยุคใหม่ ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศที่เท่และคูล มีภาพกราฟิกบนผนังและกีตาร์วางโชว์ เพิ่มความอบอุ่นและดูเป็นกันเองอย่างมาก นอกจากบรรยากาศร้านที่ดีแล้ว สิ่งที่ทำให้ผมประทับใจมากที่สุดคือเมล็ดกาแฟที่มีให้เลือกหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งแบบ single origin และ blend ที่ผมได้ลอง Christmas Blend ที่มีกลิ่นหวานผลไม้และดอกไม้เบาๆ รสชาติดีมากให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนความสดใสของเทศกาล ส่วนคุณแฟนผมชอบ americano ใส่น้ำมะพร้าวที่ให้รสชาติใหม่ๆ เข้ากันดีกับเมล็ดกาแฟบราซิล และยังมีขนมให้เลือกหลากหลาย ผมเลือกครัวซองต์ไส้ไข่เค็มที่ทางร้านอุ่นก่อนเสิร์ฟ ทำให้ได้กลิ่นหอมและรสชาติที่เข้ากันกับกาแฟดำรสเข้มได้ดีสุดๆ การมีกาแฟหลากหลายเมล็ดและขนมรสชาติดี รวมถึงบรรยากาศของร้านที่ไม่วุ่นวายจนเกินไป ทำให้ที่นี่เหมาะสำหรับการมาแวะพักผ่อน นั่งอ่านหนังสือ หรือพบปะสังสรรค์กับเพื่อนก่อนออกเดินทางต่อไป เข้ากับทำเลที่ตั้งซึ่งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากถนนสายหลักระหว่างเขาใหญ่และสระบุรี สำหรับคนที่กำลังมองหาร้านกาแฟคุณภาพดีระหว่างทางลองแวะ Godmother Coffee Brew รับรองว่าจะไม่ผิดหวังครับ
