way easier than it looks, just gotta use some store bought ingredients! For the sauce mix together soy sauce, dashi, mirin, a little sugar, then on a pan, saute onions first, then the sauce, then lightly beaten eggs. Place the air fried chicken on top, then enjoy with a big bowl of rice ๐Ÿš
