As someone who has done both… I’m finding half marathon training interesting… you still have to battle time management, keeping your body right, hitting your training, fueling etc… Sure the long run is much easier BUT I’m trying to be fast and that’s been a whole new dynamic for me to deal with! Yep those are sweat lines on my shorts… Let me intro myself- I’m 43… which is 100 in running years… I only have one pair of running shoes in my rotation (so it’s not a rotation), I keep forgetting to use chaff cream (hence the red line on my non-existent abs), I’m training to run a half at 1:37hrs-
