**SOURDOUGH** My absolute favorite bread! Making it from scratch and maturing your starter to the point to start baking is great. It’s such a reward. I think I liked looking at my creation more than I enjoyed eating it haha. It was so good! Sourdough is the ultimate patience tester but worth it!
