Haven’t been on lemon 🍋 for a while… as been through the mill of it this last week or even so! Haha but no, wasn’t well, in and out of hospital,
seriously have had To much time to think,,.🤔
So day by day making moves to getting back on the saddle once again.. and trusting in life’s path, and grateful for being, living, & breathing. thankful to y’all for all the new follows and likes..
So hopefully see yous around shortly and hope your ALLLLLL doing okay, and are well,,, and had a much more fun, relaxing or simple week than I ! Hahah xx 😘

Even if you feel as though you’re not doing much, you are. You’re meant to be doing whatever it is you’re doing right now.

Don’t beat yourself up about anything
If you’re feeling low, depressed, anxious, scared or worried.
Remember everything will be okay.
Nothing stays the same forever
Things always change
Even the weather changes, life changes. New people are born every day.
But your still here, so may as well make the most of it, but in your own time,
Take your time if you have to, if your want too or if you need too.
Or Get up and go when you’re ready too, need too or have too.
The time is right for you,
You’re not alone even when your feeling alone,
Others are feeling it too, so know your actually not the only one feeling however you do.
Many others are feeling the same way too.
Laugh, smile, listen to music, if that makes you say, distract yourself, watch something funny on tv, or some crazy reality show that allows you into another place or space right now.
Things will get better,❤️🩹
Right a journal.
Get things out of your head
Take a walk, even if it’s two minutes to the shop.
Or
Stay in bed, if you really have no energy and feel you can’t do or go anywhere, then allow it.
Allow yourself whatever it is you need without any pressure, without feeling bad or guilty.
Try to think or manifest positive thoughts. What and where you’d like to be,
Your goals, your dreams your desires
Your future
Your path
Your friend or family member
Your pet, have cuddles 🥰 even watch a movie together..
There’s nothing crazy about how we feel sometimes, it’s okay, it’s happening somewhere else,
Someone else is going through what you’re going through.
It will get easier and it will be okay
It’s autumn now, the winter, then spring before you know it’s summer again.
Think where you’ll be by then, doing different things than probably your doing now.
Don’t know what to do, struggling financially
There’s older people who would love some company, there’s groups and classes that do fun activities,,
there’s people who need help, moving home, gardening, even just with their shopping,
do something nice and if you can’t do something for someone else then do something nice for yourself ,,,
Style your hair, put some make up on, cook something you fancy,,
Or don’t cook at all, may be a cheeky take away,
run a bath,
Spend an hour in the shower rather than however long you usually take.
Get rid of some old clothes to make room for some new ones
Mix and match your normal clothes to create new styles.
Sing a happy song 😉

Join a new chat group,,
See what’s on in your community
Take some time for you.
Or meet up with those who are missing you.
