How I Changed My Face!

I feel like the more I talk about this, the more common I’m learning this is! Ever since I’ve lived with my boyfriend I discovered the severity of my bruxism (teeth grinding) at night time!

For years my face has always been very round, almost apple shaped because my cheeks were SOO muscular - I just thought it was baby fat! Wearing masks made matters worse for me as I was constantly clenching my teeth/jaw all day long. I am not a fan of night guards, so I opted for a more ~invasive~ route.

I’ve been getting Botox injections in my YES cheeks (masseter muscles) for about 2 years now and I will forever rave about this treatment. Not only has my clenching and grinding decreased, but I now have less headaches and my entire face shape changed!!

This was a huge confidence booster for me as I’ve always felt my “chubby” face didn’t fit my petite body - but this has been keeping me looking and feeling my best!

I know this is a more expensive option as going to medical spas is very expensive, I’ve attended a few Botox parties where the rates cannot be beat.

Comment below if you have any questions or have tried this yourself!!

And to anyone telling me I looked better before - thanks! But I would rather wake up without migraines and be unable to chew the foods I like due to pain! So this has been MY journey, just decided to share incase others can relate.

EDIT:

these pics were not intended to be before/after and I’m aware they are not identical angles guys lol I’ve just noticed my face has gotten a lot slimmer and tried to find SIMILAR angle pics. This is just me sharing my experience since I’ve noticed a HUGE difference but to each their own 💕
