Help! What’s your method on using these??

I need your help!

I have straight thick hair little frizzy.

Since I’m home more often I want to do something easy for my hair and not just throw it up in a clip. Give my boyfriends a little something to look at.

I was reading to dry your hair put them in-sleep in them.

I tried using the one long rod kind a few years back and what a disaster.

Please, all the tips would be appreciated. Lately I’ve been down and trying to look better to feel better.
