3.Scoop out the combu, add dried o-fish, turn off the light immediately, soak for 5-7 minutes

11.Add shrimp → boil for 2-3 minutes (enough cooked, do not make sticky)

12. Add vermicelli → Boil for 1 minute (heat)

4.Quince rubber egg (10 minutes)

• Boil boiling water, add eggs, medium fire, 6-7 minutes

• Immediately soak in cold water, peel, cut in half

If wanting to ferment (recommended!):

• Mix soy sauce, mirin, water and peeled eggs.

• Soak the fridge for 2-4 hours (or overnight) = Ajitama eggs, intensely sweet scented

5. Arrange the dishes (as pictured!)

14. Topped with hot broth (scoop the kettle with a little)

15. Lemon paste glasses 3-4 glasses. Float on broth. 🍋⭐

Rice and Pasta Pilaf
Ingredients: * 2 tablespoons butter * ¾ cup long-grain or extra-long-grain white rice * ¾ cup orzo pasta, or you could use spaghetti or vermicelli broken up into small ½-inch pieces * 3 cups water * 3 teaspoons roasted chicken base, such as Better Than Bouillon (see Recipe Notes below) * ½
