Chili Lime Dressing Recipe (Flavorful, Chucking Raw Materials)
This dressing emphasizes refreshing, sour, lead, sweet, late spicy flavors and fresh herbal aromas, which goes very well with grilled shrimp, avocado and cymask grapes.
Chili Lime Dressing Ingredients (for 1-2 places)
Bass, sourness and fragrance:
Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 4 tablespoons (about 2 balls)

Making steps
1 Mix Liquid Base: In a small mixing cup, bring lemon juice, grated lemon zest, honey and fish sauce. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved.
2. Add the herbs: Put the chili pepper, chopped garlic and chopped coriander into it. Stir again.
3 Add Oil (Optional): To add olive oil, pour it gradually with a hand muzzle or fork until the mixture is well matched (Emulsify)
4 Rest on Flavors: Rest the dressing for 5-10 minutes before serving, so that the flavors of chili and garlic seep out fully.
