Work 70K salary, welfare descent good, but choose to quit

We have been working in one company for more than 2 years. It is a big organization. The headquarters that we have made is a thousand people. Counting our previous work experience, it is the place that gives us the most salary over 7 years. It is 7XK (over seventy thousand). Good welfare, such as having health insurance, having a dental fee of 4 thousand a year. There is an activity, a course, a discount to events, a scholarship.

The position we apply for is UX Writer, which is considered to be in the line of work and what has been learned.

But even at this point, we started working as a Web Designer (in an era when Thailand didn't have a UX career, the UI was broken up as much as today - or maybe not very well known, so the web designer was finished), a Web and Graphic Designer, Graphic and Content, Graphic that started making Content and SEO and Marketing (yes, our content was expanded and yes, we were a duck man who wanted to do and wanted to try many things)

The team is good, the whole team is cute, the help is good, so many colleagues are life friends.

But...

When everything is good, coins have two sides.

The disadvantage of big companies that many people may know is that the more people, the more processes and delays that follow. To approve or knock something can be dragged for weeks or months. Something has already been talked, started, can be talked back. If the above is not okay, and of course... the little people can only complain and follow, will know why.

There are some things that can't be done, the little ones will sound up, but it will gradually become quiet, and you will get tired of questioning why, why fight, why love the company, why do too much? Because finally, if you are not a money maker, your voice will only be a small voice, fight, bow down, do away with work, go home, end of the month, get sick? Really?

But this is the case for a long time. Work is not happy. Money is not the location for us.

But we are. If we don't feel the landscape of our work, we will start to question our value. Are we here, are we valued? Do they need us? Is there anything we want to do?

There is a lot to do, but when looking at the organizational structure, the characteristics of high-ranking bosses that often express strength and motivation with big words, but when doing real work is another story, selling dreams, pressing the top, questioning things that people at that level are unlikely to ask their team or making decisions, from the original question to themselves, starting to question high-ranking people of maturity, competence and leadership periodically.

Just typing, thinking about it, it's exhausting. Let's just say a hundred and eight thousand things.

It doesn't count that when working, you have to talk to other teams. Each team has a step position. Most of them don't end up with one person, and there are people who are very good at teaching other people, and they don't have duties, but they use their positions to make us change our jobs.

Debating for a good job is not uncommon, but there are really people who keep debating, wanting to win, or not just talking, but even if you counterattack for a reason, you're wasting your time.

We began to see rocking people back and forth like blue.

They started to see fewer people having a voice. Everyone chose to keep their head down because they were easier and less tired.

At the same time, we are starting to see an ever-expanding and intense workplace politics.

We began to see what was said and expressed mismatches.

And we began to question the more frequent existence of ourselves.

Close your eyes, still feel that it is time, but there are things that the company makes us dare not decide immediately.

This salary, this welfare, is hard to find anywhere else (snare)

What are you going to do? Where?

Think again. Maybe just burn out. Try to hang out for a week.

Or try to find a book to read, listen to the Cassi pod, in order to adjust your attitude.

Maybe it works better, or maybe the problem is that we're not at work or people.

Do everything. Summary. Feel like leaving the same.

Because deep down, we already know that things can change easily and things that should last a long time will not change.

The boss looked quiet for a moment, nodded, nodded, talked about the process, but no more questions, like I understand you. 😂

We will know whether we are loved or hated on the day we are not with him, based on the reaction of those around us, it is not difficult to see who is sincere, not sincere, but to admit that we are heartbroken and relieved at the same time.

But the important thing is that it reinforces and makes it clear that money is not the first thing to choose our job, because if it were, we would live to death, but we would like to choose a job that is fun, to be ourselves, to use our skills, to have a space for us to showcase our talents without going through tens and hundreds of people.

About this, it is encouraging for those who can still fight. You are very good and it is encouraging for everyone who is making a decision to put themselves as a location. Our team is good, but our heart cannot support us. Finally, we have to come out to support ourselves.
