Wash Day
Arms ๐ช๐พ be on ๐ฅ๐ฅ the entire time.
No mercy
Actually motivated me enough and I came up with some pretty useful ideas๐ก for the #loccommunity #womenwithlocs #locs because the neck pain in the shower is not it. We are being DRAGGED โผ๏ธ๐
Wash day can be a lengthy process for many, with some noting that it used to take only 30 minutes but can now stretch to hours. To simplify this routine, consider breaking it down into manageable steps. Start by pre-pooing, which helps to detangle and soften your hair, making the actual wash more efficient. Additionally, using a good quality shampoo that suits your hair type can make a significant difference in both time and results. Incorporate tools like a shower mirror to keep track of your progress and set time limits for each step. Also, find the right position to avoid neck strain; try using a handheld showerhead or adjusting your seating while washing. Lastly, stay motivated by listening to music or podcasts during your wash day to transform it into a more enjoyable experience. These tips can enhance not just the efficiency of your routine but also make it a more pleasant experience overall.

I changed my shower head for health reasons. I have one that includes a handheld as well. And although my locs arenโt nearly as long as yours, having the handheld part is great. No stress on my shoulders, neck, or back! I got it from Walmart for like 20$.
