I’m an LVN. I show up, advocate, think critically, and carry responsibility every single day. Loving what I do doesn’t cancel out wanting fair compensation. Both can exist.
You can love your job, show up fully, and still believe fair pay matters. Those ideas don’t cancel each other out.

Because it challenges systems built on underpaying people. Wanting fair pay threatens comfort, not morality, and that makes some people defensive instead of empathetic.
